Version 0.97.4 was released on 9/07/05. It includes a few bug fixes and this significant new feature:

• The help system documentation has been updated to cover the new enhancements introduced in version 0.97.0.

Version 0.97.3 was released on 7/12/05. It includes bug fixes and these significant new features:

• The "Choose Subset of Parent" operation now remains toggled on after selecting a network element, which makes it much quicker and easier to make multiple selections.
• Individual link trees can now be laid out automatically and optimized.
• An option has been added to layout synchronization that allows you to do a direct copy of the root layout into all submodels, as long as every submodel has at most one copy of every root element.
• A feature has been added to drop all nodes or all links from the current selection, which helps when propagating networks to submodels.

Version 0.97.2 was released on 6/3/05. Significant new features:

• Added a feature for exporting images for publication, allowing the user to specify high resolutions (e.g. 300 dpi).
• Introduced a plugin architecture that allows developers to write extensions for customizing the experimental data display popup window.
• Enhanced the command line arguments to permit a startup network that comes from either a URL, file, or resource in a JAR file.
